I have been attending the prenatal yoga classes with Loraine Frow for my 2nd & 3rd trimester. This class is wonderful and such a great community of moms to connect with. When I first started I had severe Round Ligament Pain and these classes have helped so much throughout my pregnancy with safe stretching & breathing…my RLP went away after a couple of weeks of yoga. Loraine is a wonderful resource for pregnancy and all things baby related as she has been a midwife for years in the UK. I highly recommend you try it out!
